What Exactly Is a "Green" Real Estate Company?
We are committed to following earth-friendly principles in all of our real estate activities:
1) We operate our business using environmental practices including recycling, solar power, sustainable materials, and recycled paper when needed and where possible. Our office usage of paper, ink, and other materials is nominal.
2) We provide sellers with information on green features they can add to their property to attract buyers and to increase their property's value. Some of these materials and features can be found on our Green Home Design in our Resources section and range from energy efficient insulation, windows, and appliances, to tank-less water heaters, and other sustainable items.
3) We help buyers identify ways to "green" their next home or commercial purchase through our list of resources found in our Green Home Design page.
